EVENT REPORT: Youth mental health
On the evening of May 21st, the Peninsula Community Theatre welcomed 200+ attendees and 30+ of our community partners to come together and share practical insights, tips and conversation around Youth Mental Health. The event was MC’d by Elizabeth Gordon and Chris Menage, and featured incredible speakers. Special thanks to our Keynote Speaker, Dr Jodi Richardson who shared her personal story of anxiety. Parents and carers were asked to contribute questions for a panelled Q&A, with Suzi Hyland, director of Wellbeing at Padua College, Danni Vaughan- Principal of Mt Eliza Secondary College and Dr Jodi presenting. Finally, we heard from Connor Scott, who shared his personal story.
